Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 April 2026

Summary

The Raju B2B portal uses only strictly necessary cookies — the ones needed to keep you signed in. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no session replay, no fingerprinting. Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing.

Because the cookies we set are strictly necessary, UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) don't require us to ask your consent for them, and you won't see a cookie banner.

The cookies we do set

NamePurposeDuration
sb-*-auth-tokenSigned-in session. Holds a short-lived access token and a rotating refresh token issued by Supabase when you log in. Without it you wouldn't stay logged in across page loads.Up to ~60 days of inactivity before automatic sign-out.
Next.js sessionInternal cookies used by the Next.js framework to serve authenticated pages correctly.Session (cleared on browser close).

What we don't use

  • No analytics cookies — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, no Amplitude.
  • No advertising cookies — no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads Remarketing, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no retargeting.
  • No session replay or heatmap tools — no Hotjar, no FullStory, no Clarity.
  • No cross-site tracking or browser fingerprinting.
  • No third-party marketing data sharing.

Third-party cookies on Stripe Checkout

When you click Place order, you're redirected to Stripe Checkout (checkout.stripe.com) to enter card details. Stripe sets its own cookies on their domain for fraud prevention and secure card entry. Those aren't our cookies — they're set by Stripe on their own domain, and Stripe's cookie policy applies: stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.

Blocking or clearing cookies

You can block cookies in your browser's settings, but the portal won't work — you won't be able to sign in or place an order. Clearing cookies will sign you out; you'll need to sign in again next time you visit.

Future changes

If we ever add a non-essential cookie (e.g. if we introduce analytics), we'll update this policy, add a cookie consent banner, and get your consent before setting the new cookies. That consent will be optional — the portal will continue to work regardless of your choice.
