These terms govern your use of the Raju B2B portal at b2b.rajusauces.com ("the portal"), operated by Raju Sauces ("we", "us", "our"). The portal is a wholesale ordering platform for approved trade customers only. By using the portal you agree to these terms.

The portal is available only to businesses approved by Raju Sauces as trade customers. To apply, submit the trade application form at rajusauces.com. We may approve, reject or revoke access at our discretion. Individuals under 18, and consumers purchasing for personal use, are not eligible.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at orders@rajusauces.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Multiple people from your business may use the account provided they are authorised to place orders on the business's behalf — you remain responsible for everything done under the account.

Prices, product availability and specifications shown on the portal are subject to change. An order placed through the portal is an offer to purchase which we may accept or reject. We'll notify you of acceptance via email and via the order status on the portal. We accept orders at our discretion — particularly where stock is limited or credit terms require review.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated. Prices vary by the price list tier assigned to your account. VAT is added at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where a price is clearly wrong we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards supported by Stripe. Orders placed on proforma terms must be paid at checkout before the order is dispatched. Where your account has approved credit terms, invoices are payable within the stated period from invoice date (typically 30 or 60 days).

Late payment may result in order holds and recovery of reasonable costs. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 on overdue invoices.

We deliver to UK mainland addresses unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You must inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage within 3 working days, quoting the order number.

Goods are supplied for resale or hospitality use. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded on prior notification and inspection. Contact orders@rajusauces.com to raise a return.

All content on the portal (including images, product copy, nutrition data and pricing) is the property of Raju Sauces or its licensors. You may use product information to list, promote or sell the goods you have purchased from us. You may not redistribute pricing or proprietary information to third parties unrelated to the sale of our goods.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the portal or our goods.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the portal if you breach these terms, fail to pay sums due, or for any other reasonable operational reason on written notice. On termination, any outstanding balances become immediately payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at b2b.rajusauces.com/terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the portal after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
